Returns

PCX Apparel offers free returns or exchanges, under the conditions that the request was made within 30 days of the purchase date and the items have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn. All of the original labels and tags must still be attached as well. Cosmetics and underwear/swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Please be advised that purchases made online cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded at PCX stores, and vice versa.  In addition, all items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Initial shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 

 

Initiate a Return/Exchange

To start, please send us an email, including your order number, state whether you want to return or exchange an item, and the particular item from your initial purchase. 

To do that, please submit the request here.

One of our representatives will respond to your request and provide you with a return shipping label through email, which you can then print and stick on either the package you received initially or an additional package/bag that came inside. 

Afterwards, please drop off the return package at your nearest USPS office.  

Upon receipt of your returns, you will be provided with an email confirmation. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please allow for approximately 7 to 10 business days after receipt of your items for your refund to be processed.
